Verified BM Service BD (BM SHOP) is a storefront and done-for-you service desk for Meta and TikTok advertising assets. Buyers can purchase aged, verified Business Managers, ad accounts, profiles and pages, WhatsApp Business and TikTok Ads assets with a replacement promise, or hire the team to get their own Business Manager verified, launch the WhatsApp Business API or set up Meta Ads.
The Challenge

Agencies and media buyers depend on verified Meta and TikTok ad infrastructure, but getting it is where growth stalls: Business Manager verification gets rejected without clear reasons, WhatsApp API onboarding is technical, and the market for ready-made assets is crowded with unreliable sellers. Buyers can't inspect an asset before paying, so they need proof of checks, a clear replacement guarantee and fast human support before they commit.
Our Approach
Engineering-led solution
We built a trust-first Next.js storefront paired with a service desk. The catalogue groups assets by type — Business Managers, ad accounts, profiles and pages, WhatsApp Business and TikTok Ads — and each listing surfaces what buyers care about, such as account age, daily spend limit and trust score, with a swap guarantee on every Meta asset. Service pages explain the done-for-you jobs (BM verification, WhatsApp API on Meta's Cloud API, Meta Ads setup) step by step, with a free BM check as the entry point. A help centre with a setup guide and swap-guarantee policy answers objections up front, live chat and a 'Chat now' button sit on every page, and a team login supports the internal desk.
